This explains what highbeams.vegas collects for High Beams (November 14, 2026), why, and who sees it. The site is run by Del Mar Advertising for Green Cannabis Co. ("Green").

What we collect

• When you RSVP: your name, mobile number, date of birth, favorite Green store, and, if you give it, your email.
• The choices you make on the RSVP form, with the exact wording you agreed to and when.
• How you found us: the referral link or campaign tags in the link you used.
• Basic technical data: IP address and browser type, to prevent abuse.
• At the event: when your ticket is scanned at the gate.

Why

To confirm your phone number, issue and show your ticket, check you in at the gate, send you texts about your RSVP and the event, and count who came from which referral link.

Texts about your RSVP

If you agree to texts about your RSVP, we use your number only for your code, your ticket, and event updates. We don't use it for marketing and we don't share it for marketing.

Marketing from Green

Once you verify your phone, your RSVP is sent to Green's customer platform (Alpine IQ):

• If you're not already a Green customer there, we create a contact for you with your name, mobile number, email (if you gave one), and favorite Green store, marked as a High Beams RSVP.
• If you're already a Green customer, we only mark your existing contact as a High Beams RSVP. We don't change anything else on it.

Green sends you marketing texts only if you check the separate Green texts box. That box is the only thing on this site that signs your number up for Green's marketing texts. If you check the Green emails box, we record that choice for Green. Both boxes are optional and aren't required to attend.

Who processes your data for us

Hosting and database (Railway), texts (Twilio), email (Resend), gate check-in (Rollcall), bot protection (Cloudflare), site analytics (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel). Green's customer platform (Alpine IQ) receives every verified RSVP, as described under "Marketing from Green." If you check either Green box, we also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) copy of your phone and email to measure our ads.

Keeping and deleting

We keep RSVP data for the event and its follow-up reporting. To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, email hello@delmaradv.com.

Age

The event and this site are for adults 21 and over. Under-21 sign-ups are stopped and not stored.
