High Beams vendor booth agreement

In this agreement, "Green" means Natural Medicine LLC dba Green Dispensary; "Del Mar" means Del Mar Advertising LLC; and "West Wind" means West Wind Drive-Ins, a division of Syufy Enterprises, LP.

By requesting a booth at High Beams, you agree to the following.

1. Everyone working your booth is 21 or older.
2. No cannabis products are sold or given away at your booth.
3. No consumption on the lot. Vendors who consume are removed.
4. Handouts and printed material need Green's compliance OK first.
5. Bring your own table, canopy and supplies. There is no power.
6. You are responsible for your goods, and for any permits, licenses or sales tax for what you sell.
7. Follow staff direction on setup and teardown.
8. Setup is at the time we confirm. The market runs 2 to 5 PM.
9. You set up and run your booth at your own risk. Green, Del Mar, West Wind, and their parent companies, owners, employees and contractors are not responsible for damage to, or theft of, your goods or equipment, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. This agreement is governed by the laws of Nevada.
